Age/University
- Interns must be at least 18 years old at the time of training. Interns must be enrolled or graduated from an accredited college or university.
CPR
- Interns must obtain Health Care Provider CPR certification from the American Heart Association prior to the first day of training.
Vaccinations
- Copies of the following vaccinations must be provided at the open house prior to training: 2 MMR shots over lifetime, Complete Hepatitis B Series (3 Shots), Negative TB skin test within 3 months of training, (chest X-ray if TB test is positive).

Training
- Please bring a printout of your payment along with your copies of current CPR certification and vaccinations to your assigned open house date.
Uniform
- Please bring a printout of your payment and present to your on-site manager to pickup your uniform.
